Stars in the hit film Freaky Friday with Jamie Lee Curtis. She
performs the song "Ultimate" for the soundtrack.
2003
She is Punk'd by Ashton Kutcher.
2004
Stars in the Disney film, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.
Records four songs for the soundtrack, including "Drama
Queen (That Girl)."

Stars in the film Mean Girls, written by Saturday Night

At the age of 17, moves in with boyfriend Wilmer
Valderamma.
Nov. 8, 2004
Makes a cameo appearance on her then-boyfriend Wilmer
Vaderrama's show, That '70s Show, in the episide, "Mother's
Little Helper." Lindsay and Valderamma break up around the
time the show airs.

Releases her first album, Speak. It hits #4 on the

Early 2005
Appears to lose a significant amount of weight, leading
to rumors that she is suffering from anorexia or is abusing
drugs. She tells People magazine: "I got a trainer ... Just
old-school working out."
May 2005
Her father, Michael Lohan, pleads guilty to aggravated
unlicenses driving and attempted assault and is sentence to 1
1/2-4 years in prison.
May 31, 2005
She is involved in a car accident after a paparazzo
intentionally hits her car. The paparazzo is arrested for assault
with a deadly weapon. Lohan suffers minor injuries.

Stars in the Disney film, Herbie: Fully Loaded, with
Michael Keaton and Matt Dillon.

On Father's Day, Lindsay talks to reporters about her
father: "I hope he's well. God bless him and I love
him."

Mattel releases the Lindsay Lohan My Scene doll.

She finishes filming Robert Altman's The Last Broadcast,

A judge denies Michael Lohan a percentage of his
daughter's earnings in the divorce settlement with Dina Lohan.

She begins working on her second album, A Little More Personal
(Raw).
Oct. 4, 2005
She is involved in a car accident in West Hollywood when a van
makes an illegal u-turn and collides with Lohan's black Mercedes.

The first single, "Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter
